I needed a car for a week in Kraków and was looking for a local business — this one came up and I’m glad it did. They were very cordial and professional, and communication was smooth in English. I got a pretty new Peugeot 208, no issues at all, and the whole process was quick — just a signature and some ID. Return was also very flexible. I did have to pay a deposit, but it was returned the next day without any problems. Overall, very satisfied with the service. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something fast, reliable, and local.

Rented a car from them for the day. They dropped off and picked up from the hotel making it SUPER simple for us. Car was clean and in great shape. Very happy with them and I recommend them. Also, I’m travelling from Canada and don’t speak Polish… but everyone there speaks great English and were eager to help !! If you need a rental car look no further

Rented a car for the day through my hotel. The Carmines representative delivered and picked up the car from the hotel for an extra small fee (80 PLN). He was very kind and made the whole experience easy and convenient. The car was in good shape and clean. No complaints and will use them again the next time I’m in Krakow.

He kept 300 zlotys which was never returned without any reason.
