Avis Wypożyczalnia Samochodów - Warszawa

Very happy with the service at the front desk. I even recognise the lady who looked after me from my previous time and was happy to see a familiar friendly face. Sure, the short walk to pick up the car can be of an inconvenience, especially with luggage, but there is a shuttle service available, and this is not only affecting Avis but other large companies. I am a member of the Avis club and do rent cars at different airport whether for work or holidays with it’s up and downs. It can happen. But here in Poland at Chopin airport, ALWAYS had a friendly and professional customer service.

Hava limaninin disina arabayi birakip, valizlerle hava limanina zahmetli ve uzun bir yuruyus! Bu kimin aklina gelirdi!

Just stay away from them. You cannot reach them. They will charge you more than they should and they dont refund the money. There is no contact number ( they dont answer) , there is no email to write complaints. Just stay away.

The long walk with luggage to the actual airport from the car drop off point OUTSIDE the airport was a hassle.
